These terms and conditions (the “Program Terms and Conditions”) govern the Unlimited Membership program (the “Unlimited Program”)  for Full-Service Wash and Express Wash operated by the Sparkle Flex Car Wash. 

(“Company”). By becoming a member of the Unlimited Program (“you” or a “Member”) and receiving benefits of the Unlimited Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Program Terms and Conditions. These Program Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions of the Unlimited Program

As an Unlimited Plan member, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions as outlined on this website. You understand that the credit card provided will be automatically charged each month until the membership is canceled or terminated. In case of any unauthorized use of our services, we reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals found in violation of our Terms and Conditions and other policies on this website.

Eligibility 

All customers of the car wash membership plan must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license. All information provided by you must be valid and accurate and must be kept current. Commercial vehicles, including ride-sharing vehicles, taxis, and limousines, are not eligible for any of the Unlimited Membership Plans. Vehicle must meet Sparkle Car Wash safety guidelines. Auto-Renewal 

All customers of the car wash membership plan agree to pay the monthly fee required to keep their subscription active and receive the benefits associated with being a member. The credit or debit card on file will be charged every month. The membership will remain in effect until you cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or billing cycles with no wash usage. Sparkle Flex Car Wash may terminate your plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system. 

RFID Tag 

Members will receive a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag upon signup which they must present each time they use the car wash service. The tag must be placed on the vehicle's windshield each time they receive service. Unlimited pass stickers cannot be placed behind tinted windshield glass or any other product that limits or restricts viewing of the sticker by the Sparkle Flex attendant. Vehicles with tinted front windshields are not eligible for the program. You must agree not to tamper with or share a vehicle's RFID tag. Customers must notify Sparkle Flex Carwash if the registered vehicle’s sticker becomes damaged, is no longer visible, the vehicle is sold, or the windshield is replaced. 

Cancellations 

YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PLAN AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE IT RENEWS TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THAT MONTH. To cancel, you must give a written notice in person.  

No Refunds

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be given for partial or unused services under a membership plan. No refunds will be given for closures due to weather or equipment maintenance. No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or billing cycles with no wash usage. Membership plans are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. 

Single Vehicle

Car wash memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser of the membership. Only one vehicle per account is allowed, different accounts cannot be combined, and no joint accounts are permitted. Commercial vehicles, including ride-sharing vehicles, taxis, and limousines, are not eligible for any of the Unlimited Membership Plans. 

Modification & Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate a member's account at any time if they fail to meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, including making late payments, misuse of services, or if we consider that a breach of these terms has occurred in any way shape or form. We reserve the right to deny any service or refuse access to our facilities for any reason.

Warranty

Our services come with no warranty and it is assumed that you understand that there is an inherent risk involved in car washing activities as weather conditions, abrasive surfaces, environmental contaminants, etc., can potentially cause damage to your vehicle during the process if proper care isn’t taken by our staff or yourself. We assume no responsibility for any damage caused during our car wash process regardless of how it may have occurred.

Changes To The Terms Of Use And Services Offered By The Site

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice and we may modify or discontinue certain services offered through our site with no prior notice should it become necessary to do so. If such changes occur, we will make every effort to provide notification about them on our site as soon as possible following any modification being made; however, it is still advised that users visit this page periodically for updates and notices related to these terms of use as well as our Privacy Policy Agreement which is included hereunder. 

Miscellaneous Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between us with respect thereto and may only be amended upon written consent between both parties in question signed by all involved herein above named.
